I got a K800i earlier this week (it's with O2 and came basically sim free as my Orange sim works in it as well) and have a couple of questions for other K800i owners.

1. Is there any way to extend the time the screen stays on for ? It seems to go into sleep mode very quickly.

2. Has anyone else had problems with video playback ? I've converted some music video's to 320x240 mp4 files and copied them onto a 512MB MS Micro but when I play them back on the K800i the audio is OK but the video playback stutters and is far from smooth. The same videos playback on my ipod and psp with no problems.

1. I don't know of any way to change the timeout for the backlight (Don't think u can change it).

2. The bitrate for the files u have on there is probably too high, try setting it to 300 - 400 kbps. I had the same problem.

That's disappointing about the sleep mode timer not being adjustable, let's hope it gets some treatment in a firmware update

Thanks for the re-encoding tip, I've tried a couple and they playback fine.
