PDA Mobile with integrated GPS

I am waiting for a PDA Mobile with integrated GPS. I have noticed that the Benq-Siemens P51 will soon be on its way, with integrated GPS & Wi-Fi included. Anyone seen or tried this out yet, or got any opinions, especially with respect to it's sat nav credentials?

A new model is just being launched which may also suit you, details below. You could also search some of the sections of that forum to see users putting TomTom on some of the devices such as TyTn.

Thanks for your reply. The HTC P3300 looks good as it is more phone like & probably smaller than the P51.
