Help again please my Sony Ericsson K800i seems to have a problem sometimes when talking to sombody the voice the other end sounds like somebody is under water and my key pad tones dont work but if i turn my phone off and on again the garble voice goes and key pad tones comes back this is my 5th phone so is it a software problem or what and has anybody else had the same thing happen to them
