v3i problem

hi there i took my phone to some what i can only describe now as incompetent person in southall , to unlock and debrand my v3i , and after saying he cud do it in an hr , which i left it with hime for , came back and he said it had new software needs flashing and something to do with testpoint and wud take 24 hrs , i thought ok no problem,,, i go back the next day, now theres a big ******* problem , the incompetent retard has deleted ALL teh software from my phone , and has no idea how to get it back, so i threatened him took the phone from him , called him a few names etc etc, so my question is now , how can i repair this phone , and get it back working , at the moment it wont even switch on, its brand new so dont wanna bin it
