Sony Ericsson organiser

Having just switched from Nokia to Sony Ericsson, I'm GUTTED that the new phone doesn't appear to have a 'reminders' function on it. On my old Nokia, I could set a reminder to go off and when it went off, I could snooze it. I could also get it to reoccure every week for instance. Please, somebody tell me I'm just being stupid and can't find the feature. Surely it's a real bog standard thing on phones these days? The phone is a w810i.

Probably depends on the model but this is usually under Alarms which is in Applications. There you can set up various alarm types, once only, certain days of the week + others

Yeah, done that but there's nothing like what I'm after. Gutted. Really like the phone but can't live without that. It's gonna have to go.

I use the calendar function.

If you want it to recure, just put it in Outlook and sync it.

Not ideal i know, but it works.

Reminders work fine on my 810i, either through calendar sync'd with Outlook or if you add a new entry. They als work for tasks so I'm a tad confused by your problem
