orange insurance

i have just been on orange web site looking for my brother and noticed there insurance premium has gone up to 6 pound. can anyone tell me if this is going to affect just new customers or are they going to put up my premiun aswell. as of yet they have not sent me any notification and having just read the terms and conditions i am of the understanding i require 90 days notice. any help much appreciated.
