Phone PDA solution v laptop

Hi,
I've been searching out info on the forum for a solution to access email and web sites occasionally and economically when away from base. Not needed too often, but qwerty keyboard and WLAN / 3G preferred.

Really would prefer the biggest screen possible as in 640 * 480 but may have to compromise.
Is the "Exec" and its clones with the swivel screen the only current model available with this screen size?
Is there anything else due to be released imminently?

Second preference is the TyTn type item. Are there any others coming along similar to this?

Finally, is the T-mobile Web n Walk seen as the best value data package?
