Mobile Phone Problem

Heya guys recently I keep getting a "Network Busy" message then it disconnects from the person I am trying to call.

Anyone know if this is a phone issue ?

What phone is it?

Maybe it needs resetting. I have to do that about once a week because I live right on the coast.

Switch the phone off and remove the sim card. Leave it off for about 10mins, then switch it on without the sim card in, leave it for about another 5-10 minutes, then switch off again and put the sim card back in and try it then. Adverse weather conditions can cause network problems.
