It's already out mate.
Got mine from mobilephonesdirectDOTcoDOTuk last Saturday on an 18 month Voda contract.
The phone came unbranded and unlocked which both were a pleasant surprise

The phone came with firmware V 10.0.025, dated 12-07-06.
