(N80) Home Media Server randomly stops working!

this is so annoying, i had home media server working then it just randomly stops and now there is no tab saying "copy to/from phone", anyone else had this problem?

im having so many networking problems regarding the wireless networking, is there a guide to N80 wireless networking anywhere? cos i bloody need it!
