Thumbs up P910i need something smaller

Im thinking of selling my Sony P910i.

Im fed up with having to carry this phone around as well as my company phone & SatNav everytime i leave the car.

Plus i dont even use 90% of its features.

So im after a slim, small phone (not clam type) and im after suggestions, i quite like the Motorola RED.

Vodafone network.

Your thoughts please...........

Im contemplating swapping for a K750i or possibly Motorola SLVR L7.

Is this a good choice ?

i really dont like the motorola phones. i think there a fashion statement rather than a good phone, you should get a k800i, i get mine on monday, and im getting rid of a nokia n80 and a sharp 903 (tho ill keep the 903 cos its the best phone ever...) to have the k800i......

...Just whatever you do, DON'T get a K750i (poor designed controller and bad build quality). I agree that the Moto's are more a fashion statement... and I've found the software on my L6 (last phone) to be quite unstable... poor implementation of bluetooth and a severely suspect screen make the moto brand far from technically appealing... implementation of bluetooth on sony ericsson handsets is second to none... but certainly if you aren't looking at a flip-phone then I would recommend the sony ericsson W810i... simply as they have got rid of the joystick controller other alternatives include the Nokia 6230i, which while not as slim or stylish as the motorola handsets is a solid unit. More expensive alternatives include the Nokia N series, The Samsung P300 (although that apparently has issues with quiet ringtones) or perhaps a slide-style handset such as the LG chocolate?

Hmm.., well if you want the same features of a P900 but a smaller design then get an "O2 XDA Mini S" if you want to get rid of your car sat nav and have all the features of your P900 plus built in GPS get a HP Ipaq 6915

IPAQ

MINI S

Look at the forthcoming W950i and M600i (both on the SE website).
These offer similar but not all features as the 950i, but are much smaller.

Regards, Cookie

Same thing here, i got a P900 and it's very annoying, clumsy and not very nice at all.

I was thinking the Motorola Dolce design phone, perfect size for me, after all i just want to phone.

If you're looking for similar functionality then would definitely recommend the M600i. Here's a review from The Register.
