I got this phone Sat week ago from a o2 store and have noticed on few incoming calls the screen splits in half where the callers name shows and leaves a gap in the middle This doesnt happen on every call and there seems no ryme or reason I am getting worried that there is a underlying problem with my phone. The phone has the latest firmware What do you think ?

If i need to change the phone seeing as ive had it a week and a half are the O2 store obliged to change it or do i need now to go to a nokia service centre.

I'd take it back to the store as you are within the 14 day period.

The screen on my N80 (Orange), goes completely blank for a second on incoming calls. I assumed that this was not a problem as I have now had two N80's and both have been the same.

Took it back explained the problem the girl didnt bat an eyelid. There out of stock and will suposedly phone me when they have them back in and will swap it over.
