hi! i want to buy one of these two phones but not sure which one to get so out of these two phones which is better?

i want a phone that has a good camera but no mp3 player any any other fancy gizmos that is easy to use and for a resaonable price, i have read on other sites problems with the panasonic (frezzing up and ring tone volume) is this true and to what extent?
