I have and XDA11i from O2 I have sent it to be repaired 4 times now they exchanged it for another one after the 3rd but as a phone it is total and complete crap!
I have just had to send it back again because the sound has now gone!
I know that they say if you have your phone longer than 14 days they can't really do anything about any faults! but surely thats total crap! we have right as consumers and just because they have a 14 day rule that surely can't effect our rights as a consumer?
can anyone who has had similar dealings with O2 let me know if they can enforce this stupid rule?
