As title really! I am eligible for a phone upgrade on Vodaphone but they will not tell me what phone(s) I can upgrade to before the exact day I am eligible - has anyone here upgraded recently (?) If yes what phone(s) can you have? (the cruddy one's no doubt )

try just calling cancellations tell them you want to cancel. decide which phone you want first tell them that orange or whoever will give you it for free with however many minutes and txts(check first on website). hopefully they should offer you a better deal and a few different phones from wat you will get a the upgrades dept.
