T-Mobile contract problem

I have been on contract with T-Mobile for about 5 years, when I upgraded in March I was advised to go onto the Flex account, and picked Flex 30, which is £30 per calendar month, and you get £90 of credit. I was told that you could use the credit how i wanted. My bills went from circa £30-£40 p.m. to £81 in March £151 in April and £65 in May.
Following a call with their disabled customer services team they have pointed out for the first time that any 'third party calls' are excluded from the 'allowed' use of the credit. I was totally unaware of this when i took out the contract, as was carefully monitoring me available balance.
I urgently need to know what i can do, I haven't signed a contact it was all done over the phone. Please help, my bank refused payment of the £151 as I didn't have the funds available.

as far as i am aware 3rd party calls have always been charged for- even 0845 numbers. could it be the 3rd party was with reference to t-zones usage or 3rd party sms?? also 118 numbers are very expensive from mobiles. credit is used either via calls (local, national, cross network excluding premium rate or 0845 no) texts or pic message. credit does not cover t-zones usage. not all calls are recorded at t-mob so the likelyhood is that it would be your word against his. you can chek out you bill to date on the t-mob website if you sign up and on there it will give a breakdown of what the call charges are for.
