Alon Dictaphone or MP3 player

I'm wondering if it's worth it to buy the Alon player to replace the MP3 player in Nokia N70. Is this player better of better quality than the player in the Nokia? A laughable feature of the Nokia N70 is, that it can only record 1 minute total and the Dictaphone can record as long as needed. Also, a nice feature of the Alon Dictaphone appears to be, that it can record in MP3. I'm wondering if there is any difference in the playback features of the Alon MP3 player and the Alon Dictaphone, as both can play Mp3s. Any information would be appreciated.
