What free upgrade should I take on t-mobile?

Hi if you have been reading my posts on this site over the past few months you will have worked out that i have more than one phone. One of the phones that i planned to get rid of this year was my k700 on t-mobile. I dont use the phone and have never been a great t-mobile fan. Anyway two things happed this week. a mate pointed out that they have the best signal coverage in my area. Then yesterday when i called to cancel they offered me what i think is i good deal. One hundred mins and one hundred text per month for £5 per month for the first six months and then £20 for the rest of the year. Plus a free upgrade. Question is what handset should i go for? I was thinking of the d750 or v3i. Any thoughts?

I have just the standard V3 and i am not a fan and can't wait for my contract to run out in 5 weeks.

It just lacks where Sony and Nokia are in my eyes..

If i had a choice i would go for the D750 if they were the only two on the list.
