My Motorola V300, don't sigh I never said I was up to date, keeps dropping calls and T-Mobile have advised me to get a second hand unit to transfer my SIM card to in order to confirm the fault is with my current handset.
I'd appreciate advice on a basic phone with camera and speaker phone facility - if possible ideas as to where to get one.

If you are used to the Moto way of doing stuff then I'd probably recommend an L6. It's got a decent feature set for the price and doesn't cost an excessive amount...

Otherwise get yourself a Nokia of similar spec to your V300 from eBay or something... I'd probably go for something like a 6610i... cruddy camera... but rock solid at calls and the speakerphone was really quite good in terms of sound quality.

It may be worth seeing if someone has an old handset lying around just so you can see if it's the phone or the network that's letting you down... saves you spending your wonga...
