I have a Motorola car phone..I brought it to a phone store because it wasn't holding a charge...For some reason the tech pressed the lock code and now i'm locked out and the tech doesnt know how to unlock it. I have never programmed a lock number. Is there a universal code to help me unlock it.

If a shop locked your phone then it is their responsibility to unlock it.
