Those Moto C139 phones

You may be aware that carphoneywarehouse are selling these dirt cheap? On Orange with credit. Well one of the managers I know who works for these sneeky runts has let on that there is a software fault on em! Yeah apparently you cant save your ringer profile from the left and right buttons on the dial. I have one and can confirm mine is mangled. I wonder if there is the possibility to sue Carphonewarehouse for selling damaged stock and not mentioning this? Moto gave them a cracking deal on 1000s of these handsets. They are still making profit on them even at the daft low price they are selling for. Plus its a crap phone ontop!
