Something strange has happened to my phone... When entering the menus such as 'Messaging' I used to get the options listed by number ie. 1 SMS 2Outlook, etc. But now it has changed to A SMS, B Outlook, etc. This is very annoying as I cannot press the number keys to jump to the menu I want anymore.

I have only had the phone a few weeks and have look through the manual and all the menus and I cannot figure out how to change it back.

I hope this makes sense.

a what!? Sounds painful. I don't want to lose anything on the phone. There must be a way to switch it back.

Have at look at:
Clicky

Seems to cause it if you Pair with BT Keyboards or sometimes Sony Phones etc, try removing any of your paired devices and reboot?
