You would have to check your specific T&C - both with O2 and/or the Link

Some providers do allow a cancellation within 14 days (not sure about 21), but if this is not mentioned then you have to refer to the agreed contract terms

can you be a bit more specific to the trouble you have had so far? as this will certainly influence whether you can cancel your contract so far

You do have 14 days as standard, and as long as the phone is not damaged/marked in any way.
So in theory, you have until 12th January,

thanks chaps for your help, cancelled yesterday under the 14 day term.the probs i had with o2 was meant to of ported number over on the 6/1/06 they said it was done but still had a live orange phone, tried to explain to o2 they didnt believe me called me a liar when asked for supervisor told me he could not help when i asked was it not for him to decide the o2 assistant put the phone down on me.contacted them again to tell them of how angry i was ,the new assistant said there was a supervisor i could speak to,he refused to speak to me on the grounds he needed to go out. saturday got bill from o2 not even made a call or text, contacted them again as they were going to take first payment out on the sixteenth and i was told it would be on the 25th of jan when took contract out as i dont get payed till the 22nd. i was told by another wonderfull o2 representative the money had better be in my account or they would block my phone until it was payed . end of contract going back to orange with my tail between my legs. i can honestly say i have been with every network company at some time over the years and o2 are a absolute joke on the customer sevice point.
