Help Please - Which Handset ???

Due to O2 messing my acount up they have offered me a choice of ANY handset as compensation , i have narrowed it down to the following Nokia 9500 , Sony P910i or the O2 XDAIIi
Any help and advice would be greatly apreciated.

All the pocket PC phones are great if you like fiddling with gadgets, have you checked out the XDA Mini S?

All the benefits of the IIi plus a Fantastic slide out keyboard, much better battery life and a newer OS (win mobile 5)

It's the first pocket PC phone I've used that you can actually use fully with out even taking the stylus out and is much smaller and lighter.

WinMobile 5 use persistent storage so you don't lose your data when the battery dies like you did on the older Pocket PC phones.

I looked at both the XDAIIi and the mini s but found the mini s to have a slower processor speed and slightly less memory although i noticed it supported b/g WiFi , i must admit i am swaying towards the XDA as i believe the P910i has now been discontinued.

Ignore the processor speed thing between the IIi and the Mini s. One is Intel and one is TI so it's irrelevant (bit like the AMD/Intel thing) + the Mini S CPU is believe it or not a Dual Core CPU! one core is dedicated to the phone application which means the XDA actually works as a proper phone now

I had a XDAIIs for a year or so and have found the Mini wipes the floor with it, not just in performance but useabilty to.

Only bad point is the ROM on the UK spec Mini S currently only supports 802.11b WLAN, although the card itself is 802.11g so I'd imagine next ROM upgrade O2 release will resolve this.

Small features like the dedicated "Comm Manager" button for quick access to Bluetooth and WLAN and Mobile phone style softkeys on the front make it the best pocket PDA/phone I've used so far by a long margin.

Used to get a day battery life out of my IIs if I was lucky, get a week out of my Mini S
