Hi guys,

I always make a point of searching the forums before I buy online to see if there are any praise or complaints about a retailer, and I guess that others might well do the same, so I'm posting my experience here.

In November, I ordered a cover for my N7610 from TheCoverStore.com but it turned out my girlfriend had ordered one from somewhere else at the same time. To their credit, The Cover Store happily cancelled my order, by they just won't refund the charge to my debit card.

I've now sent four emails, and they either promise to refund me and do nothing, or ignore my emails altogether. They also have a phone number, which I've tried everal times but it always goes through to voice mail.

IMHO, they're most definitely best avoided. Has anyone else had similar problems?
