Mobile Phone unblock?

Got a new phone a few months ago and my old Phone (Motorola V80), has now been snapped up by my daughter who visted over x-mas. Only problem is I was on Orange and she is on something else (maybe t-mobile, or maybe something else).
Anyway, the battery on her current phone is about shot and I need to get it sorted so that she can use my old phone. Any advice on how to sort this out and is there a cost?
Best Regards

Call Orange and they should give you the code free of charge if you request it...if they are akward they may apply a charge for it and you may have to give them one months notice.
