Need Help With Vodafone!

Hey everybody, ive been having major trouble with vodafone. Ive twice paid mobile phone bills which ran over £500 in a month and seeing as my contract is due to end on the 15th of October i sent them a letter in the middle of september to request cancellation as they told me to do. The problem is that its been about a month since i sent the letter and nobody has contacted me over the phone or by post to let me know the contract will be cancelled.

I was thinking of phoning my bank and cutting of the direct debit but i then figured they'd be calling me up to pay the overdue line rental bills.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can somebody help me figure out how to cancel this contract.

Sixx

ring disconections team ask to see if they have received your notice. if not ask for the fax number and end about 10 copies just to make sure.

they will ring you to try and keep you before the end date. but dont except unless u get any phone you want free and a good discount, theres lots they can do and often its they wont do!
i used to work in the saves team so know what they can and cant do.

ps your only worth the avg of your last 3 months bill to vodafone so even if for the 1st 9 months your were getting £1000000 bills but your last 3 months were at £10 your avg will be based on the £10. no ifs or buts, the toss**s
