Talking '3' Three now offering wireless web through your laptop!

Just to let you all know, 3 (Three) are now offering wireless web access through your mobile at around 400kps.

I am typing this now through my Nokia 6680 and connected at 460kps, very happy as we have just moved house and my land line will not be connected for another 3 weeks!

Sorry, have I missed something? Have 3 stopped doing their "walled garden" web access, and now you can visit any web page on 3?

Not that have any handsets I want mind you...

Correct, ish. The walled garden is still there, but for additional cost you can now finally break out! There is a cost of £2.50 a month for full access on your phone, or £45 for 512mb on your pc. The PC option is really expensive, bit I guess when you have no other choice, like me at the moment, at least the service is there.
