Sky tv 24 hr on 3G phones within months

screams tonight's "Evening Standard" in London. For a sub we can watch all their services while waiting for a bus - i'd be more impressed if i could watch it on the tube....

OH fantastic, now we will have more people watching their mobile phones as they are walking around and not where they are going.

So that will be 10 hours of adverts, 13 hours of trailers, and then 1 hour of crap available to us anywhere/anytime?

Can it be linked to a PVR, just in case some rude person or real life event happens to interupt an important TV programme?

What a laugh. I am not sure what market Sky is hoping to get from doing this, after all, watching T.V on a tiny screen is not going to be that great and with most mobile phones screen being almost invisable in the sun, it will be almost impossible to see anything if you are outside..

Don't worry about it. If it's 3G, it's unlikely to work anyway !
