hi im new here im seeking help, basically ive just got a job in a pc shop thats started selling mobile phones, the bioss knows the basic idea of whats going on and stuff i know a bit more then him about it but theres still a few unanswered questions....or anyone might know the answer to the main question which is.....when u sign a mobile up for a contract do u need to order a special contract simcard or can you puyt a pay as u go sim in them? when i was signing up i gave them the imei of a pay as you go simcard an they didnt seem to notice any problems..........but my fone still seems to think its a pay as u go an its telling me i have no credit......anyone??

You need to use a contract SIM - or tell them it's a contract when you sign up. You can move a PAYG SIM to a contract though.

Do you have an account manager at the telco? They should be able to help.
