ive always had really good service from o2 until now

there server has glitched and deleted a voicemail message i got at about 2am yesterday, meaning i cant get the details for it, it was more than likely a business call, and now ive missed out of the information and thus business.

so i phoned customer services (which ate £3 worth of credit) to be told "theres nothing we can do"


im really annoyed by this
