Mobile Phone nightmare.

The daughter is on a pay as you go phone. Some ringtone compony keeps ringing and taking her money off the phone. She has been to Orange to complain. They said they would sort it and get her a full refund within 24hrs.A few days have gone and it is still happening. She recons she didn't subscribe by d/loading any ringtones so she doesn't know how they got her number. Are there sites out there where this can be sorted.Thanks.

you can complain to the information commisioner about it. the network cant really do anything about you need to contact the company sending the messages. easiest way to do that is to find the company on the internet and email them. you can also send a stop message reply but that will cost you. Theres no point topping up until the messages have been stop or the credit will just keep disappearing. the other method is to request orange change the mobile number but thats at their discreation.
