Ending Contract - ADVICE NEEDED

Hello, I need some advice from others who have cancel a contract.

I've sent a letter last month to end my contract which has passed the 12 month period. Now you have to give them 30 days notice and send the letter by recorded delivery, which I did.

Now they have taken this months payment by direct debit, which I was expecting. Should I now cancel the direct debit as I've now done what I needed to do?

Hi you have to pay the last 30 days of your line rental, but once your 30 days is up you will get a final bill, then off to another provider for a better deal
