c500 from Orange website

Hi,

Did anyone buy a c500 from the Orange website around the 1st Feb 05?

I ordered mine on this date and was promised a free bluetooth headset with it. After 4 months i still had not recieved it, orange claimed that i didnt tick a 'include free headset' checkbox at the time of purchase! After much argument they changed their mind and said the offer never even existed.

I gave up arguing but about a month ago I recieved a text message apparently from Orange (the name was in the from box, not a number) saying all existing cusomers would be recieveing a free headset!

It still hasnt come and orange deny sending me the text, for some reason i deleted it....

Did anyone else see this offer or has had a similar experience?

Is there anyone out there who has ordered a new phone from the orange website? They really messed me about for the first 4 months, ive only just paid my first bill as they registered my phone to someone else.
