New mobile - not smartphone

I'm looking for a new mobile. Having had the 6600 for a year, I've never really used the smartphone functions and I hate the fact that the phone takes about 4 years to start up when I switch it on. So, I need a new phone.

Suggestions so far have been the Samsung D500, the Motorola Razr and the Nokia 6230.

Musts are tri band, bluetooth and nice to have would be the ability to synch with my outlook contact list.

Thanks for your help.
