Nokia 6820 losing its ringtones

I noticed the other day that my ringtone seemed to have gone back to the default from the one set in my profile, despite my profile still having a personal tone showing as selected. I've discovered that this is because the selected ringtone doesn't play any more - in fact quite a few of the ringtones in the gallery have stopped playing.

Has anyone any ideas why? And is there anything I can do to get them back? Not really bothered about particular ones but I don't want to lose them all and be left with only the Nokia tone!!

BTW I can't download anything as its a work phone its not WAP enabled...
