Line two on Orange?

I've got a personal mobile on Vodafone, and a company mobile on Orange.

Someone has mentioned to me that I could look at getting an Orange feature called Line Two which would put both my numbers onto the same SIM card, with zero line rental for my personal number.

How does it work out which number you want to make calls from? Is this feature restricted to any specific phones? Has anybody used Line Two, and would you recommend it?

Thats almost right mate, although it's not free. The line 2 must be on a contract which is of lesser value than you line one, with i think a £5 discount, so on there lowest tarriff you'd be paying £10.

I works with most handsets i believe and the staff at you nearest store would be able to tell you exactly which ones will and won't, and of course you'll be able to take your vodafone number if you have a PAC.

You select which line you want to make the call from in the menu, and it stays on the line until you change it. It will automatically switch to the line for an incoming call.
