X5 axim keeps resetting.

As the title says, instead of going into standby and holding any info thats stored on it, one of my axim X5's keeps dieing completely where the other one seems to do a shutdown and retain its info. I've tried new batteries in the unit thats dieing and both show ok, especially the backup cell.

Any ideas?
