Free gprs on O2?

Is it true that if you are on a pay monthly contract with O2 you get free gprs/wap internet access?

I've been with O2 since last May & use wap & gprs quite alot. I even use my phone as a modem for my mini laptop & PDA and I have not been charged for any data.

I'm on O2 400 and am charged £2.50 per MB when accessing GPRS. Whilst there is a significant difference in speed, it's currently cheaper for me to use my mobile as a dial up modem as 0845 numbers fall within my allotted minutes

my nokia 9500 is on the net all day everyday while imm at work and home etc and im always on the forum (im using 9500 to post this)
im sure if 02 look into how much data im using and the cost i should be paying for it im sure they would try and buy my sim back as they did with some old contracts with free calls to local numbers etc lol

I'm paying £30 for 200 x minutes & 50 txts but have never been billed for gprs.
Now here's a question;
If i buy a 3g phone, ie Nokia 6630, and put my sim card in would i get free 3g data access?
