i was browsing through some websites looking for a new phone and came across this dont no if its a scam or wat but here ya go

It's only "free" for a limited time (how long depends on which phone you choose) after which it reverts to a typically huge per month fee.

Hiya,

I used Talkworld about 3 years ago for a free phone & line rental deal. They are currently doing similar deals, have a look at their homepage. The Orange SVP C500 one looks good (albeit £40).

The only downside is that you have to remember to send in your monthly bill in 6 months time. I suppose Talkworld make their money when people forget to do this. Otherwise I think they are still reputable so may be worth a look.
