D500 Help!!!!

help help help!

Ive sent a .gif file via bluetooth to my girlfriends D500. I use a V3 and the image works fine! But when I try to access it via the downloaded images folder on her phone - it freezes and restarts itself! needless to say she has gone ape**** at me!

Can anyone help? Will a master reset clear it? If so how do you do it?

Change the language to english first and then click on the forums. Some one will have the answer there.
