Does anyone know how you can set up the Sony Ericsson P900/P910i to receive emails from an email account on a Microsoft Exchange Server ?

You either use POP3 or IMAP. ideally you use IMAP as otherwise you will no longer have the email you popped to your phone on the server. IMAP requires some changes on the exchange account of the user, i.e. go into server management, user profile and under one of the tabs allow him to use IMAP. then set up the IMAP account on your phone using your server IP address as the incoming server. For outgoing server you can use your server as well or simply use the smtp server of your phone provider.
