Bundled minutes

When you buy a tariff with bundled minutes, how do you know when you've used them? Do you have to set the call timer on the phone?

which network are you considering?

you can ring their customer helpline and find out how much time you have left or you can reset your timer

you can check how many minutes you have left with Orange and 3 by ringing CS and press a couple of keys on your phone, I would assume O2 do something similar
