Bluetooth Compatibility

I now VERY little about mobile phones and need some help please.

I want to get my son a Bluetooth headset to use with his mobile in the car. I have seen what looks like a good (and well priced £17.99 before discounts) one on CD WOW.

WOW-Talk! Headsets: Bluetooth Headset BT 20S

My son has a Nokia 3510i

So
Is it Bluetooth enabled?
If not, can it be enabled
If not are there alternatives

Please feel free to treat me as an idiot in this area!!
Thanks in advance

I'm afraid you will be wasting your money because Nokia 3510i has no bluetooth facility/feature. I don't think you can make it accept bluetooth.

Regarding an alternative phone with bluetooth it depends how much he wants to spend and what make he wants. As a matter of interest if he is on a contract and a year has lasped then he could ask for an upgrade from his network.

Generally, third party devices will work with any bluetooth phone.

However some manufacturers (normally Nokia) have devices that work 100% with their own phones but may have limited functionality with other makes.

Quality in use will vary wildly - which may make them impractical to use properly. Try and search on any model that you are considering, to find out some users reviews.
