Can you load ringtones and stuff onto a Panasonic X70 via bluetooth ???

I am considering getting my daughter a Panasonic x70 but i need to know if i can load things like ringtones or wallpapers and other stuff she is likely to want via bluetooth.
It will be a sim free handset i am a bit wary about panasonic phones because a friend had a GD 87 and he could not load anything onto it the only way was to download from his carrier (Voda).
