unlocking se z600

Hi folks,

My Sony Erricson z600 is network locked to vodafone. I have spoken to vodafone and requested the unlocking code. They said they have contacted the manufacturer and that i should have the code in a few days. I'm currently selling the phone and i'm just wondering if i'm going to have any problem getting it unlocked? Has anyone any experience of getting a SE phone unlocked in the past? Will i just get the code - then be able to enter that and the phone will be network free?
