Nokia Audio Manager help

I've just got an upgrade to my old phone, and now have the option of uploading AAC and MP3 files to the new phone.

I'm just waiting for a data cable to arrive, so thought I would have some tracks ready to upload. Grabbed a couple of CD's, and asked NAM to convert some tracks to AAC format. It seemed to complete this easily, however, when playing the track back in NAM, it plays for a second, pauses for a second, plays for a second etc etc.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? There doesn't seem to be that many options to play with
