I'm after one of the new megapixel camera phones but after a bit of research I can only find three. These are
1.Siemens S65
2.sharp gx30
3.Nokia (cant remember model No !)

Are there any others to choose from at the moment and does anybody have any recomendations

Sharp one will be good.

My brother bought a GX phone, a few months ago. Considering your mention of 'megapixel' resolution, I suppose it must have been a GX20. Nah, I'm not 'up'/'down'/whatever with phones!

On the other hand, I do know that I was impressed by the pictures that the little phone could produce and recall comparing them to an £800 Olympus digital camera that I'd used a few years earlier. Not bad for The Little Phone That Could, huh?

Coincidentally, I've recently noticed comments regarding the GX being rather user unfriendly. If the GX20 is anything to go by, that didn't appear to be the case for me - and aside from a friend's Motorola (that I did find rather unwieldy in the user-friendly stakes... as does she), I've only used Nokia*.

Motorola mp220 and mpx100 have megapixel cameras and some Sony Ericsson phones are megapixel too.

nokia one seems a bit shoddy from what ive seen it still suffers the discolouration and artefacting of their smaller res cameras but bigger.

how about the simply gorgeous sony ericsson s700
