I have a Nokia 7250i. Two weeks ago the 'go to' shortcut function key stopped working and instead made the screen go blank for a short while.

I had it replaced by Orange, but last night after downloading some tones the problem has returned to the new handset.

Can anyone shed any light on what has happened and hopefully a way to correct it?

have you dropped it or got it wet?

if not it needs reflashing. get the firmware updated and it should be sorted.
