Can I swap my new O2 phone?

10 days ago I got a new contract and new telephone from a high street O2 store. Now I am happy enough with the phone except that I now realise I prefer the nokia interface with which I am more familiar. Does anyone know if there is a period in which I can take the phone back and exchange it for another? If so, am I within whatever period that applies to?

many thanks

I know Orange had a 14 day return option, but not aware that O2 allowed this.

If it became faulty, then perhaps a refund /alternative may be an option.

Yes, you have a 14 day cooling off period!

BUT, if it is 'faulty' you have 28 days!

Yup, its part of the cooling off period.

Ring them up, tell them you wnat to return it and they will give you an address to send it to. GET PROOF OF POSTAGE, you will need this, cannot stress how much you need this!

Cheers

I have a headset already so that wasnt a consideration.... i just wanted a nokia again and the only choices were the 6600 and 6820.... so 6600 it is for now.... if i dont like it, then try another one in 10 days!

always remember that there is always the "intermitant fault" - you know the one - you make it up yourself and then they can never prove or disprove its existance
